is it true?

Two different Wheaties have verified that Andrew Kehoe ('02) died in a car accident. That really sad. I had good memories from hanging out with him. He sang that song for Irate, titled VOCAB. I might post the MP3 I have.

I think that I remember him but I'm not really sure. I know that I remember the name. Does anyone have a picture?

Dusty, yes it's true.

when I read the word "died", I new the next line was going to contain the words car and (crash or accident). i think almost every young person I know who has died was killed in a car crash. when will people say "enough" and realize that building sprawling cities that require everyone to own a car is not a good way to build cities. cars, ultimately, cannot be the future of transportation, or we'll keep on sacrificing 45,000 people (about as many as died in battle in the Vietnam war, or 15 9-11s) per year for the sake of moving people around. not good. "we can do better" (oh no, I sound like john kerry)

Dusty, post the song. It's a fitting tribute. And Steve, many of us have cars even though we live in urban areas. (Luke, DeGroot, and myself.) I must admit though that I drive much less than I would if I lived in sprawl.

The day humans no longer need to drive cars will be a great day. I've never felt comfortable behind the wheel.

Hopefully Grady can come on here and maybe say a few words, He went to Andrew's funeral. I didn't know him too well, but it's always sickening to hear about people you've interacted with dying.
