James is getting married

I just got James Entner's official wedding invitation in the mail. He's getting married on January 22 in Findlay, Ohio to Allyson Corbett, a girl from Ohio who he met in California and courted in Chicago (she was going to Trinity in Dearfield). I'm pretty sure they're going to be living in Evanston. Just for the record, there's no chance of me getting married anytime in the near future. Or not-so-near future.

There's always the Russian mail-order option.

I'm with Coye. No marriage for me anytime soon. But good for James.

there definitely IS the Russian mail-order option. It's hard to miss in Japan: aging businessman with decked out Russian blonde in tow. I went to immigration recently and sat behind a couple like this and as you can imagine it did not look like a very wholesome relationship.

Congratulations, James!

You're right, Ryan--I kind of skirted right around the deeper level pain for that joke. One of these days I'll learn, I hope.
