Litfin got quoted on the matter of global warming.

Should the college be taking a stance on this issue? Personally, I'm cool with it, but I don't have any better defense for it than I am for reducing man's impact on climate shifts.

I don't know... given Wheaton's climate, it seems like maybe Litfin should have held out until we raise the average global temperature at least a few more degrees. They could save a lot of money if they didn't have to maintain extensive indoor recreational facilities for students to burn off sexual frustration through the frigid winter.
I'm hit #182 if you type "Coye" into google. Everyone should go to google, type in "coye", skip to page 19 and click on my name to see if we can get the google-formula to up my mojo.
Wow, I'm good at wasting time...
my grandfather shows up at #231
I'm #3 if you put my FIRST and last names in quotation marks.
I'm cited in Christianity Today?!?!?!
look at this:

bizzar... they have 8 newspaper links about same-sex marriage towards the bottom of this particular page. The other 7 are from the Boston Globe, the LA Times, The Washington Post and the AP... and then there's my column from the Amarillo Globe News. Bizzar
Actually, it's not as far towards the bottom of the page as I thought, but it is after an article about [dramatic pause so the ridiculous nature of what I say next will sink in properly] Michael Gerson! What a weird world: where will Wheaton writers wind up next?
CT has two guys paid full time just to find and blog about interesting things online. I want that job.
do you think all those "warm wheaton welcomes" might be contributing to global warming?
yes. yes I do.
no I don't think so: all that warmth of course remains trapped in the Wheaton environment by the greenhouse effect of the Wheaton bubble.
Some speculate that that somewhat settles the question of why a certain someone sometimes mentioned here had such a sultry sounding voice...
(her accent is hot)
This seems as good a place as any to say, "Hey, Davey, please put this link on the blog: http://www.ucomics.com/nonsequitur/ The Non-Sequitur is one of my favorite comic strips!!!"
I assume from past experience that this message will find its way into the appropriate hands.
