[laughter trails off. Coye catches his breath.] That was pretty good, Dave, but I think you may have comprimised the integrity of your single note towards the end. I wouldn't trust Steve in a contest like this: he'll record himself and loop the track in his nifty music making box. It does sound nicely cathartic...

Man, you stole my secret weapon (that I'd drag out later): performance enhancing loops!

Hey, you know what would be a good audioblogger idea? Dusty should get Betsy Childs to do an audiopost!

Enough with the Child's play, I want an audioblog from you! The longest note is a good place to start!

I just think that at this current juncture in the history of our blog that it could do everyone's morale some good to hear a little of Betsy's accent...

I will miss the year and a half that I spent among the Bama girls...Their accent is simply amazing.

Yes, Dusty, it is. In fact, you should get Betsy to post her 'Bama accent right here on this site.

When did Betsy Childs ascend the T6 podium of laud? She seems to be approaching the same level of admiration that a handful of T6 guys gave Annie Gotaas in the year of 99-2000.

Yeah, Annie and Katie Gotaas are both pretty amazing. I only really knew Annie, though. Did you know that they're Bruce Benson's nieces? Hmmm....Annie Gotaas...

Dave, while I thought your audio challenge was achingly hilarious, I have to express my curiousity as to your choice of musical note. I think that this would really have to become a factor in grading the longest note challenge. Surely, lung capacity is not the only factor. For instance, I would be more impressed with an extended high G sharp from Josh than, say, a leisurely looped A flat from Stephen. Just an observation.
