ask your friend if he knows how to use php and databases...more specifically zoops. It's a free program.
Are you asking if he can just use another program to start the forum? Because he already has a forum going, I don't know what program he uses...but he really liked your bro's site, that's why he asked me to ask you to ask greg. anyway, if that's not what your asking (seeing as I don't know what those things are), let me know.
